Honoring our History
Honoring Our Roots: A Foundation of Hope in Uganda
True restoration begins with strong community foundations. Over the past several years, Beyond Beauty for Survivors has had the privilege of walking alongside a local elementary school to build a safe, thriving environment for Ugandan children and educators.
Through the generosity of our supporters, we successfully established lasting, sustainable resources that will serve this community for generations:
Clean Water Infrastructure

Built a permanent water well on campus, securing daily access to clean, safe drinking water for students, teachers, and staff.

Constructed a dedicated campus kitchen to ensure students receive wholesome meals that fuel their learning.

Directly funded full education and medical care for over 40 vulnerable children, removing barriers to their growth and development.
Having completed these vital sustainability projects, the school is equipped to thrive independently. With these strong community roots in place, Beyond Beauty is focusing our full energy on our next core mission: empowering survivors of trauma through our Vocational Training Institute.
We are so proud that for four years our organization provided sustainable living opportunities to 150 students.
How it all began...
Where is the school?
Serving the abandoned
Serving the abandoned
Covenant Babies Home and Mpambire Parents School is located in a small village outside Kampala, Uganda. The school serves 150 students. 40 of those students live at the school full time, due to being abandoned. These children have overcome extreme trauma and have found refuge at CBH. Because of BBFS help and assistance, the school is now thriving on their own with sustainable resources like clean water and new buildings.

The average age in Uganda is only 15 years old. This reality is leaving countless children abandoned on the streets at very young ages to fend for themselves. In a country that is riddled with poverty and the average family only makes a dollar a day, education typically takes a backseat on the priority list. They simply can't afford it. BBFS was able to link arms with this school for four years that changed the way they were able to operate and assist with them becoming successful.

Our hope at Beyond Beauty for Survivors is to provide practical and accessible ways to change the future for the ones we serve. We pray that your heart is called to make a difference. Your financial support will help us to empower the vulnerable and share with them that they're not forgotten and they're loved. Although we do not serve this particular school anymore, your generous donation will help our mission of serving the vulnerable and help them thrive and not just survive!

Meet Marylin
If "Superwoman" were real, she would be this woman right here. Her passion and drive to help the abandoned and the vulnerable is remarkable. She has single handedly rescued dozens of children from the streets of Uganda since she founded her school in 2020.
